A database of (most) every home maintenance task needed to be done throughout the year, usually the things we forget need to be done.
Use the View filter to see what's due just this month. At the end of the month, clear the Status of each task - but if you didn't do a task, mark it as "overdue" and it will show up in both the "Due This Month" AND the "Overdue" view, so you know it still needs to be completed.
Customize this with tasks specific to your home/apartment, and what months need the tasks to be done.
Put other home reference information here, like digital manuals for appliances etc.
